Turkmenistan says the formation of the government in Afghanistan is the right to oppression and authority of Afghans. Turkmen Foreign Ministry’s Deputy Foreign Minister spoke at the Moscow summit that they respect the principle of neutrality in Afghanistan and expects to establish a permanent stability in Afghanistan.
He said that the Afghans has the right to interfere in Afghan internal affairs in Afghanistan and said that Afghans has the right to form their choice. Turkmenistan expects hope that Afghanistan could pass through this difficult stage. Turkmenistan have also assured its assistance and cooperation in various fields.
