Russia’s ambassador to Kabul, Dmitry Zhirnov, said his country is busy sending the largest shipment of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, which would arrive in November.

Zhirnov also said that Afghans with Russian citizenship would also be sent back to Russia on future aid planes. Earlier, a number of countries had agreed in Moscow to continue their humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan to save the country from economic and humanitarian crisis.
